To apply for a scholarship, please fill out the form below. All applications will be reviewed by the Charity's Committee. Finalists will have a phone interview with the Co-Chair who will provide a recommendation to the Committee. Scholarship amounts are at the discretion of the Committee and decided based on available funds for the current year.
